He is one of the most credentialed & accomplished professional having done his Ph.D. (Accounting) from University of Rajasthan, Jaipur, India in year 1994, Chartered Accountancy (CA) in year 1991, MBA from California State University, Bakersfield, USA in year 1988, Company Secretary in year 1984 and several specialized computer courses from Oracle corp. He is an active member of Member of American Accounting Association, ICAI, Research Development Association, India and Indian Accounting Association.

To his accolades, he has published several research papers in International Journal of Accounting and Finance on the numerous subjects such as Cash flows, Ethical Culture in Corporate Accounting, Financial Statements, Fair Value in Accounting Measurement, GAAP, Risk and Profitability. He has an extensive & illustrious professional career where he has worked and practicing partner in a chartered accountants firm before starting his career in education domain. He has taught in top Business schools in Hong Kong, Malaysia, Saurashtra & Delhi University in India. He has also written a book “Financial Accounting Standards: A Comparative Study”, Indus Valley Publications, First Edition, 2003.

He has a wealth of knowledge that has shaped the Group’s strategic vision and now he plays the role of mentor to the talent pool of direct and indirect employees. Under his able guidance ANS has achieved tremendous growth both organically and through value-generating strategic alliances.
